Noemi Miloradovic
Violin
Born in Belgrade, Serbia, violinist Noemi Miloradovic earned her violin performance degrees from Longy School of Music in Boston and Kansas University where she studied with Prof.Ben Sayevich. She is former member of the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra, Kansas City chamber orchestra and the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra under Maestro Larry Rachleff. She was a featured soloist with the Lawrence Chamber Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of the Dominican Republic, the Kansas University Orchestra, the Endless Mountain Festival Orchestra and the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra.
Noemi is a member of The Syracuse Orchestra. She serves as associate concertmaster of Binghamton Philharmonic, is a concertmaster of MostArts Festival orchestra and is adjunct violin professor at Binghamton University.
Edgar Tumajyan
Violin
Edgar Tumajyan performs full time as a member of the Syracuse Orchestra. Previously, Mr. Tumajyan served as assistant concertmaster at the Armenian national Academic Theater of Opera. He also taught at the Sarajev Music School and the Babajanyan Music College. Mr. Tumajyan completed his Bachelor degree at the Yerevan State Conservatory. After moving to the United States, he completed his M.M. at Syracuse University and was a fellowship awardee at Aspen Music Festival. Mr. Tumajyan also performs regularly with the Rochester Philharmonic, Society for New Music, and has performed with the Cheyenne, Fort-Collins, Mobile, Tuscaloosa, Binghamton, Allentown and Huntsville Symphony orchestras. His solo and chamber music touring ensemble travels have taken him to Belgium, Greece, Russia, Bolivia, Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey. Mr. Tumajyan was the co recipient (with his wife) of the 2022 Tiffany Award for outstanding contributions to music and music education in Central New York.
Jessica Kline Tumajyan
Viola
Jessica Kline Tumajyan is the orchestra director at Christian Brothers Academy where she teaches string lessons, AP music theory, and conducts the CBA orchestras. She also serves as the director of the Syracuse Youth String Orchestra. Mrs. Tumajyan holds a bachelor of music in Viola Performance from Syracuse University and a Masters in Music Education from Ithaca College. She has been the viola instructor at Le Moyne College since 2014.
As a former full time violist with the Syracuse Orchestra, Ms. Tumajyan still performs actively on violin and viola. Ms. Tumajyan performs with the Binghamton Philharmonic, Tri-Cities Opera, Clinton Symphony, Syracuse Vocal Ensemble, Schola Cantorum, and is a member of the Fenimore Chamber Orchestra. Mrs. Tumajyan is also actively involved in student coaching and adjudication and has adjudicated the Friends of Chamber Music Youth Chamber competition, Vermont All State auditions, and NYSSMA solo festivals. She recently conducted the Oswego Senior High All County concert and currently serves on the board of directors for Civic Morning Musicals. Mrs. Tumajyan was the co-recipient (with her husband) of the 2022 Tiffany Award for outstanding contributions to music and music education in Central New York.
Kate LaVerne
Cello
A native of Central NY, cellist Kate LaVerne graduated from Syracuse University and the University of Montana where she studied with Fern Glass-Boyd. She has been a member of the Missoula Symphony, the Boise Philharmonic and most recently Schola Cantorum of Syracuse. In addition to performing, Kate works in an academic Music Library, enjoys writing and collaborating on original music, and is a dedicated lover of vintage clothing.
